Pegi Publishing

Pegi Publishing has intensified its activity in the publishing of schoolbooks starting from 2005 when the school publishing sector started being liberalized by the Albanian government. Within a few years Pegi became one of the leading publishers for the school segment in Albania with over 60 titles in circulation. Some of our titles, such as our Mathematics textbooks (E. Lulja, N. Babamusta), have received countrywide preference. University textbooks have also been one of the areas we have been most active in. Among these, we can single out International Financial Management (J. Madura), Introduction to economics (A. Mancellari, S. Haderi, Dh. Kule, S. Qirici), Investments (E. Luci, D. Kripa) and Strategic management (V. Kume).
Pegi’s literature and leisure publications can be found in libraries all over Albania. In 2005 Pegi published “P.S. I love you” written by Cecilia Ahern. The book proved very popular and it was reprinted several times within the first two years. From the same author we have also published, "If you could see me now" and "Where rainbows end". Other important publications include "Niente di vero tranne gli occhi" by Giorgio Faletti, "Snow flower and the secret fan" by Lisa See, "The Sea" by John Banville, "Una palabra tuya" by Elvira Lindo and "Never let me go" by Kazuo Ishiguro. We have worked with many foreign publishers such as Harper Collins and Random House. Pegi remains one of the greatest independent publishing houses in Albania and it continues to go from strength to strength.
